6.4/10

The hotel has an incredible view of the valleys, which initially took my breath away. However, I found the overall condition of the hotel lacking; it felt quite tired and in need of maintenance. The dining options were not as expansive as I had hoped, and the service could be improved as it felt a bit rushed. While the room was acceptable, the hotel doesn't justify its pricing compared to other options nearby.

Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and comfortable with a direct view over the valley, which was absolutely stunning once the mist lifted. However, the setup with two single beds pushed together was not ideal for a good night's sleep.
Service
6.0
The staff was generally pleasant, but they appeared inexperienced. At times, it felt like they were hurrying us through our dining experience, which was a bit off-putting.
Location
8.0
The location is fantastic with breathtaking views, but some outdoor areas were not usable due to inclement weather, making the space feel smaller and less inviting.
Dining
5.0
The dining menu was rather limited and could use more variety, which was disappointing especially for a longer stay. The food quality was decent, but nothing to write home about.
Facilities
6.0
The pool and recreational facilities shared with the partner hotel next door were nice, but most areas felt under-maintained and didn’t seem up to par for a boutique offering.

6.4/10

The hotel offers stunning views and a great location near Scenic World, but my experience was marred by the lack of dining options and limited service. The room was comfortable, yet our stay was overshadowed by poor communication and unavailability of facilities. Despite these drawbacks, I enjoyed the view, though it felt like I didn't get my money's worth.

Rooms
7.0
The room was comfortable and well-equipped, although a bit small for the price. I was particularly disappointed that we were initially allocated a darker, oddly-shaped room before being moved to a better one.
Service
5.0
The service from the hotel seemed lacking. I found it disappointing that there was no one available at the desk for suggestions or inquiries, especially when it was foggy.
Location
9.0
The location is exceptional, with breathtaking views of the Blue Mountains right from the room. It’s also conveniently close to Scenic World and other viewpoints.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were limited since we had to go next door. The experience at the sister hotel was fine, but I expected more from the in-house dining.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel’s facilities were underwhelming, particularly because the pool area closed early. We had to navigate to the sister hotel for a full experience.

6.0/10

The hotel offers a stunning view, which is undoubtedly its biggest attraction. However, the accommodation falls short of luxury standards, with outdated facilities and high prices that don't reflect the value provided. The dining experience was decent but not exceptional, and the lack of amenities in the room was disappointing.

Rooms
5.0
The Cliff View Room was small and in need of renovation, with outdated fittings and limited furnishings. The balcony had a great view but felt cramped and overlooked.
Service
6.0
The service was decent but lacked the professional touch of a luxury hotel. The staff did their best, but the overall vibe felt more like a bed and breakfast.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, right on the cliffs with breathtaking views of the valley, but unfortunately, the weather during my stay meant I couldn't fully enjoy it.
Dining
7.0
Dining was good but rather overpriced for what was offered. The ambiance in the dining area could be improved to match the quality of the food.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities felt outdated and not in line with the expectations for the price. There was a lack of basic amenities in the room, which was underwhelming.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying stunning views from my room and delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Three Sisters, and I appreciated the cozy atmosphere. However, there were a few downsides, such as the parking situation being tricky and the Wi-Fi not being the fastest choice available.

Rooms
9.0
The room I stayed in had amazing views that took my breath away. It was clean and nicely appointed, providing a comfortable environment. I’d rate it a strong 9 out of 10.
Service
8.0
The staff were attentive and well-informed, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. However, the bar and restaurant closing early was a slight letdown. I would rate the service an 8 out of 10.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding areas and easy access to scenic walks. I'd give it a full 10 out of 10 for its incredible vantage point.
Dining
9.0
The meals I had at the restaurant were fantastic; both dinner and breakfast offered delicious and fresh options that were worth every penny. I would rate the dining experience a solid 9 out of 10.
Facilities
8.0
The amenities were a highlight, from the heated pool to the sauna, adding a lovely touch to my stay. I'd rate the facilities an 8 out of 10.
